Delivery
Due to demand, we apologise if the shoes you require are out of stock. Due to some European runs, we buy some lines as a single delivery with no further availability. If you wish to buy any of these, an early order is advised. Please don't hesitate to email us or telephone us on +64 (0) 3 322 9025, to check availability. Unfortunately due to tracking of mail, we only deliver our shoes to New Zealand and Australia.
All of our shoes are posted via courier and need to be "signed for". Please ensure someone is around to sign for your shoes. If your shoes are to be delivered to a work address, please also state your company name on the form. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO Box number.
New Zealand
We try our best to deliver your shoes within 7 working days, providing that the shoes are in stock. Our delivery charge is $7.50 for NZ & $11 for NZ Rural Delivery, per pair. Boots - $13 per pair ($18 Rural Delivery).
Australia
We will endeavour to deliver your shoes by international mail within 14 working days, providing that your shoes are in stock. We only accept payment in NZ$ by Visa or Mastercard with which the current exchange rate at time of purchase will be used. Our current delivery charge is $17.50 per pair of shoes. Please email us for the international postage cost of boots.
Your shoes may be subject to import duties and taxes, with which you will be responsible for payment. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount, we suggest you contact your local customs office for prices.
Unfortunately at this stage we do not exchange shoes free of charge. We suggest you reorder your shoes and we will credit your credit card once we receive your returns.
Rest of the World
Unfortunately, at this point in time we do not deliver to other countries outside New Zealand or Australia. However please sign up to our newsletter, so that we may notify you of any changes.
Returns
Shoes should be fitted for a short period of time on a carpeted area.
Products must be returned unworn, not damaged in any way and in their original shoe box, for a 100% refund or credit (minus postage & packaging charges) within 7 working days. Please ensure your Returns-form.pdf (34KB) is enclosed and your original receipt. We aim to process the returns within 7 working days.
If you wish to swap your shoes for a different size, we will not charge you extra postage and packaging costs (up to two times) and will happily exchange your shoes for a different size (providing that your exchange is for the same style and the same colour) and it is in stock. Please ensure your details are enclosed. Unfortunately, this is available in New Zealand only.
Indigo River cannot accept responsibility for shoes returned to us, lost in transit. We therefore highly recommend the use of signed courier or registered signed for post, for returns. The cost of returning shoes to Indigo River is your responsibility.
