Product care

All footwear products are suspectable to weather and other damage.  Please read the following information on how to prolong the life of your beautiful shoes.

Leather

To protect your shoes against damage and wet weather, please polish your shoe regularly with a good quality wax polish.  We recommend this is also done prior to use.  If your shoes become very wet, please let them dry naturally.  Please take extra care if your heel is covered with leather, as this can be damaged easily on rough surfaces.

Patent leather

Remove any marks with a soft damp cloth. Polish with a soft dry cloth. If your shoes become very wet, please let them dry naturally.

Suede

Prior to use, we recommend you spray your shoes with a suede protector available from your local supermarket or footwear store.  After a few wears, a soft dry cloth may be used to brush away any marks and then the suede protector sprayed onto the shoe again.  We recommend that you avoid very wet weather, however if your shoes become very wet, please let them dry naturally before cleaning and reapplying the protective spray.  Please take extra care if your heel is covered with suede leather, as this can be damaged easily on rough surfaces.
